🧠 Day 15 – Mind: The Belief You’ve Outgrown
Opening
Growth doesn’t just add things—it removes them.
There are beliefs you once needed to survive, to belong, to make sense of your world.
But now… they don’t fit.
And still—you carry them.
Why This Matters (In Depth)
Outgrown beliefs create internal conflict.
Part of you is evolving, while another part is still operating from an old script.
This can feel like:
- Doubt when you’re ready
- Fear when you’re capable
- Guilt when you choose yourself
Especially in environments where strength was survival, you may have learned beliefs that kept you safe—but no longer support your expansion.
Today is about noticing what no longer belongs.
Guided Reflection
- What belief about yourself feels outdated?
- When did it first become true?
- Who would you be without it?
Mini Practice
Write:
“I am no longer someone who believes ______.”
Let it feel unfamiliar—that’s part of growth.
Environment Tie-In
Old beliefs often live alongside old items.
Affirmation
“I release who I had to be to become who I am.”
🧘🏾♀️ Day 15 – Body: Understanding Fatigue
Fatigue isn’t always physical—it’s emotional, mental, and energetic.
Practice
Pause and ask:
- Are my eyes heavy?
- Is my body slow?
- Is my chest tight?
Name it without judgment.
Affirmation
“I listen to my body’s need for rest.”
🕯️ Day 15 – Spirit: Release a Meaningful Item
Choose one item tied to an old version of yourself.
Let it go.
Affirmation
“I create space for who I am becoming.”
