Some were taught, inherited, or absorbed.
And some were necessary then—but limiting now.
Why This Matters
Unexamined beliefs shape your choices, your stress, and your identity.
You are allowed to question what you were taught to accept.
Guided Reflection
- What belief do you carry about yourself?
- Where did it come from?
- Is it still true?

Then ask: “Who would I be without this?”
